The Water Master Plan is a key tool to mobilise and coordinate both private and public investments in the water sector. As part of this expertise TS developed strong skill in the preparation of tender dossier (designs, BoQ, specifications), management of tender procedures and work supervision for water structures (e.g. pipeline, reservoirs, pumping stations, boreholes, shall wells, sand dams, subsurface dams, information galleries, hafiir dams, flood protection and erosion control structures).

Terre Solidali designed so far 13 urban water master plans in major towns in South West State, Hirshabelle, Puntland and Somaliland.
