Among others, TS designed a tailored computerised Water Information Management Systems (WIMS), which was implemented in several water and electricity PPP companies both in Somalia and in Somaliland.

WIMS gives flexibility in managing meter readings, productions of bills, tariffs, receipts, customers, receivable accounts etc. and it can be easily customised on a wide range of billing and revenue collection procedures.

Terre Solidali implemented so far 10  billing systems in water and electricity PPPs in Somaliland and in Somalia.
